With our vast experience we are able to take off quantities from drawings, as well as pricing in house trades we are able to price up most subcontract trades using first principles estimating, full break down of labor, equipment, current materials worked up rates for most trades including civil works, drainage, masonry, carpentry, finishes, drywalls, painting, earthwork, all other trades takes offs and pricing up project specifically. 

Additionally, there are external factors such as macroeconomic trends and current political landscape that can influence the construction cost estimate report. We also consider market volatility, commodity prices, and the current availability of labor for a given project location.

We are able to provide project construction work programs (Microsoft project) based on the tender information. 
We use Blue Beam, Plan swift & On-screen Take off measuring software to scale and measure PDF Drawings. 
We can accurately assess labor requirements and convert the information into working project programs. 

OUR PROCESS TO CONSULT PROJECTS

1.       MEETINGS WITH US

First step is meeting and discussion with our estimators, cost managers and quantity surveyors. In this discussion, we take a deep into the project’s plans, specifications and question logs.

The ultimate goal of this meeting is for the costing team to develop a detailed schedule for timely delivery. For this, the team must break down the cost estimate into milestones and assign specific roles, responsibilities, and deadlines to each individual estimator.  We discuss each individual project with our most senior’s supervisors, cost managers and engineers.

2.      QUANTITY TAKE OFF

Our estimators work on preparing detailed estimates and quantity breakdown using best suited estimation software custom fitted contractors needs and requirements. We provide colored markups and highlighted drawings as part of project presentation and understanding point of view for contractors, sub-contractors and home builders.

3.      MATERIAL, LABOR & EQUIPMENT PRICES

Our material prices are based on procurement of supplier pricing, pricing catalogs and published reference books, labor, wage agreements, equipment costs, location specific, and contractors profit & office overheads.

5.      QUALITY CONTROL AND DETAILED REVIEW

To ensure quality control, we allocates a senior cost control manager who has experience of 15 years in construction industry to review estimated project in detail.

Our quality control method ensures correct guidelines being followed, estimating method applied, and techniques involved and proper compilation of quantity take off. Our senior cost managers and quality control manager ask specific questions to each individual estimator who has worked on project, who must provide proper reasoning and defensible logic for their applied approach.

Sometimes, due to delicate nature & due to conflicts involved in project, we allocate more than one teams to work on same project, after their project completion a senior member of team compare both project and finalize one accurate take off.

Prior to delivering the cost estimate report to the client, the senior cost manager will also review key project cost metrics and statistics.

1.       REVISIONS AND PROJECT COMPLETION

After completing quantity take off and ensuring quality control we handover the complete document to our client. In case, if there are any queries or conflicts found after reviewing complete drawings and specifications we contact respective architect, structural engineer or owner to answer all the questions which can create a big difference in project cost estimating. Our client can contact us any time if there is any update or necessary revision required.

After completion of each individual project or milestone we maintain a record of reviews and feedback from our clients. So that we can ensure client is happy with our work ethics and performances.
